While I wasn't able to photograph the mountain itself i took a lot of pictures of what was on the mountain. There were lots of trees,  different types of plants and even a herd of cows !!!!!!! Needless to saw that the 5 hour hike to the summit was entertaining (In a nature lover kind of way). There were also games we played on the way to the top but me being  a participant in said games restricted my ability to photograph said games. It was an all round fun and enlightening experience even though it was physically daunting. So please enjoy the pictures. (You will notice some grain in the pictures due to me using a high ISO on my camera because Cardiff lacks sunlight like I do melanin )

I can't believe it took me living in another country to appreciate the beauty of my motherland. Granted Nigeria isn't perfect but its still my nation and I am proud to say i am one of Her citizens. So to commemorate Nigeria @55 in my own way here are a few shots of beautiful girls and women in traditional Nigerian clothing.

Theres something about the beauty that is created from darkness that captures my interest. A silhouette is literally created from blocking the sunshine and therefore creating darkness,but its still beautiful. Which goes to show that you can still make something beautiful from something that blocks your sunshine or gets in your way. Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I do.
